Scope: Refurbishment of 2 floors
Main contractor: Elmer construction
Technical Specification: To remove existing floor covering and all screeds. To prepare subfloor using a DPM and then line the floor with ply. To supply and fit Kahrs Oak Flooring to office area. To prepare concrete floor to a smooth finish and apply Watco Resin to a polished finish.
