CS Flooring have been working with a selection of main contractors since our inception. We understand the tendering process and the requirements of a successful submission. The understanding of working with other trades on a turnkey programme and site health and safety are also important components when engaging with a main contractor. We have conducted many projects working in this area including a 9-month programme at Chatham Waterfront of fitting out new build apartments and communal areas. We have also been involved in category B refurbishments with us completing the floor finishes in these contemporary designed workspaces.
