This category has differing areas where the projects cover an array of demises. A fine example is student accommodation where each year there is a huge movement of people during the summer months, where we are busy replacing flooring in the accommodation and communal areas, before the new influx of students arrive. We conduct projects in managed plazas where there is a mixture of living accommodation and retail outlets where a planned rota of replacement work for safety flooring in the outlets and communal areas as well as broadloom carpets in the living areas.
