This is a remarkably busy sector for our business and always involves out of hours working and a planned programme of works over a sustained period. This is due to the closure of treatment areas where we would work out of hours over a prescribed duration to complete the projects without causing disruption to these vital places. These projects also extend to busy communal areas where the footfall is continuous, and the replacement of the flooring is often a heavy duty and easily maintainable sheet laid vinyl with cap and cove detailing.
