Scope: Refurbishment of Apartments and Communal areas.
Main contractor: Elmer construction
Technical Specification: To remove all existing floor coverings and prepare subfloor. To supply and fit Kahrs Engineered Oak Flooring to the living area and Westex carpet to the bedrooms. We also supplied and fitted a Telenzo carpet tile to the communal areas.
Duration of project: 4 weeks
