Scope: Refurbishment of communal corridor
Technical Specification: To remove existing floor covering and all screeds. To prepare walls to a smooth surface finish and screed the floor area. To supply and fit Whiterock Chameleon to wall areas and Polyflor to a cap and cove finish to floor area.
Duration of project: 3 weeks
